About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Specialist to join our Cash Collection Team in France and the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cash collections, resolving disputes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cash Collection and Dispute Resolution: Contact customers to collect outstanding payments, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment plans.
  2. Order to Cash Process Management: Understand the entire Order to Cash process to effectively manage cash collections and resolve disputes.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Sales Team, Billing Teams, and Cash Allocation Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on collection status and performance to the Sales Team and management.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance cash collection efficiency.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex disputes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other relevant software.
