As a key member of our Sales Administration Department, you will play a vital role in establishing strong relationships with our clients, reducing unpaid invoices, and preserving our relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in improving the efficiency of the Sales Administration Department
  • Set up and verify subscriptions in Salesforce
  • Control and issue invoices
  • Monitor credit notes and disputes
  • Collections
  • Ensure the integrity of information in various tools
  • Participate in closing and monitoring reports
  • Meet the needs of internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Cash Collection
  • Able to work effectively in a remote team
  • Capable of collaborating efficiently with colleagues located in different places
  • Actively participating in virtual meetings and collaborative projects
  • Organized with strong time and task management skills
  • Capable of organizing their workspace productively
  • Reliable and professional
