Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Cash Collection Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Cash Collection Team, you will be responsible for improving PageGroup's cash flow, reducing bad debt, and identifying and resolving customer disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with customers daily via phone calls or emails to ensure timely payments
  • Understand the entire OTC process to effectively manage disputes
  • Collaborate with the Billing Teams to resolve invoice-related disputes
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to negotiate with customers and achieve collection targets
  • Liaise with the Cash Allocation Team to track customer payments and ensure accurate matching
  • Provide visibility to the Sales Team on collection status and collaborate on European projects
  • Prepare litigation files for legal procedures and achieve monthly collection targets

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Previous experience in cash collection or a related field is highly desirable
  • Dynamic, organized, and methodical approach
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of actions and work under pressure
  • Customer focus and ability to work in a multinational environment
