Cash Collection Specialist with German Language Skills

As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for improving Page Group\u2019s cash flow, reducing and avoiding bad debt, and identifying and solving customers\u2019 disputes.

In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Team to negotiate with customers, collaborate with our Billing Teams to resolve invoice-related disputes, and liaise with our Cash Allocation Team to follow up on customer payments.

As a member of our Cash Collection Team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Improve Page Group\u2019s cash flow
* Reduce and avoid bad debt
* Identify and solve customers\u2019 disputes

Requirements:

* Fluent and professional German and English
* Previous experience in the role highly desirable
* Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
* Good negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written)
* Ability to handle a high volume of actions (outbound and inbound calls, payment negotiation, disputes)
* Customer focus
* Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives and Cash Collection KPIs
