As a Cash Collection Specialist with German language skills, you will play a vital role in improving PageGroup's cash flow, reducing bad debt, and identifying and resolving customer disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve any disputes that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Billing Teams to coordinate invoice-related disputes and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to negotiate with customers and achieve collection targets.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Previous experience in cash collection or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of actions.
