Cash Collection Specialist with French

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Specialist with French language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prompt and Accurate Payment Allocation: Ensure timely and accurate payment allocation against customer invoices.
  • Remittance Collection and Verification: Collect and verify remittances for proper documentation.
  • Cash Application and Reconciliation: Manage the matching of customer payments to reconcile transactions and efficiently clear customer accounts.
  • Exception Handling: Address exception handling for unapplied payments to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Deductions and Claims: Analyze and record deductions, and receive and record customer claims for further processing.
  • Cash Application KPIs and O2C Performance: Analyze and monitor Cash Application KPIs and contribute to Invoice to Cash (O2C) performance review.
  • Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities for the cash application and claim documentation process.
  • Tools and Projects: Contribute to cash application and claims-related tools and projects, including digitalization initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Background in Finance or Accounting: Strong foundation in finance or accounting principles.
  • SAP ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French is a must, with experience working with the French market highly valued.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
