About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Collection Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and negotiation.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve disputes related to cash flow and debt collection in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debt.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and billing teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in English and native proficiency in French.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Organizational Skills: Ability to handle a high volume of actions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
