About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Specialist to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the recovery process of outstanding debtors in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Collection Calls: Make timely and effective outbound collection calls to debtors to recover outstanding bills.
  2. Negotiation and Payment Arrangements: Negotiate payment by credit card, direct debit, or transfer, and establish payment plan schemes and schedules for large outstanding debts.
  3. Accounting and Administration: Provide customers with accounting statements and update clients' bank information, investigate billing issues, and request credit notes/refunds as necessary.
  4. External Agency Coordination: Interact and monitor with external collection agencies to ensure efficient debt recovery.
  5. Team Collaboration: Provide inputs to the CashCo Team Leader on potential improvements within the team.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with a second language (English or Spanish).
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Skills: Good negotiation and communication skills, dynamic and organized with a methodical approach and attention to detail, strong customer focus, and team player.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Excel and experience in ERP and Salesforce.
