Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Cash Collection Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with clients to resolve payment issues and disputes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of cash flow issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash collection and reduce bad debt
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve cash collection processes

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in cash collection, finance, or a related field
