We're on a mission to transform healthcare and enhance the patient experience with our innovative AI solutions. As an AI Sales Leader, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our NOA platform, which is specifically designed to improve efficiency and enhance patient care in the healthcare sector.

As a key member of our DocPlanner team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients to drive revenue growth (60% of time).
  • Leading and managing a small sales team to achieve sales targets (20% of time).
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to expand our customer base in the AI solutions market (10% of time).
  • Identifying training needs and providing ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team (10% of time).

With a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries, you will collaborate closely with the AI Sales Executive and AI SDR, participating in key strategy and sales meetings to drive our AI initiatives forward.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry.
  • A degree in Business or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead a small sales team.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
