Job Title: Affiliate Growth Strategist

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Company Overview:

We have achieved remarkable traction since our public release in September 2023, growing from 0 to 10M+ active users. Our goal is to continually enhance existing features and develop new functionalities.

About You:

As an Affiliate Growth Strategist, you will report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with affiliates, overseeing onboarding processes, monitoring performance, analyzing results, researching new affiliates, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with internal teams, and reviewing processes for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and decision-making abilities
  • Digital marketing tactics and strategies expertise
  • Competence with tools like Everflow, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • CRM tools and project management software proficiency
  • Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment
  • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
