Travel Agent Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Travel Agent. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Native Dutch language proficiency.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Willngness to work abroad.
  • Strong motivation and commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment.

What We Offer:
  • Fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal every year.
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Rotating schedule between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Comprehensive training program (20 days) with partial reimbursement.

Salary:€1040 gross/month including free accommodation, or €1298 gross/month excluding accommodation.
