This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Service Analyst to join our Madrid office and be part of our Technology, Engineering & Operations group.

About the Role

This role will provide operational support and account administration within the Service Desk team, reporting to the Service Desk Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to onsite and remote users, installing, configuring and supporting end-user devices, and managing IT Service Desk Incidents and Service Requests via the call management system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to onsite and remote users, ensuring that all incidents are managed in accordance with targets set out in SLA.
  • Install, configure and support end-user devices, including Windows 10 and PC hardware.
  • Manage user system access for various applications, including Active Directory and Citrix.
  • Identify ways to improve the quality of the service provided and/or the efficiency of the processes within the team.
  • Prioritize and allocate requests within the IT Support team, escalating any issues or outages to the IT End User Services Manager.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience within an IT support team, with incident management skills and experience with a call management system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and PC hardware, as well as Active Directory, Citrix, and SCCM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to correspond efficiently and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
