Job Summary

JLL is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences through our team of dedicated professionals. As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback related to facilities services, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Operations Support: Coordinate hard services, handyman repair lists, and work orders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Mailroom and Courier Management: Manage mailroom and courier requests, ensuring seamless delivery of packages and correspondence.
  • Front of House Support: Provide coverage for the Front of House team as needed, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the account team to deliver integrated services across all business lines, including Facilities, Engineering, Transactions, and Projects.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
