Job Summary

Duetto is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for various financial tasks that require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regional payrolls with various payroll vendors, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Oversee worldwide employee TE reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare journal entries and month-end-close reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Support accounts receivable for invoicing and collection, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with company audits and compile supporting documentation, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in NetSuite being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English, with German and Spanish language skills being highly preferred but not required.
