- Transaction Processing: Timely and accurate processing and reconciling of all fund transactions.
- Team Guidance: Guide junior staff members on preparation of accounts and other tasks.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and validate financial statements, including NAV calculations.
- Liquidity Management: Monitor and exercise the ongoing reporting process, including investor, client, and regulatory reporting.
- Client Relationship: Be in contact with clients and investors, and coordinate with internal and external providers.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations, and monitor the AIFs reporting and corporate calendar.
- Education: Degree from a Business school in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the financial or alternative fund industry.
- Skills: Good knowledge of alternative fund structures and asset classes, accounting knowledge of Private Equity/ Real Estate/ Private debt funds, and fluency in English.
- ACCA qualification or working towards it.
- Knowledge of Securitisation Law and Luxembourg investment laws.
- Fluency in French or German.
