Project Manager for EU-Funded Homelessness Initiative

Sant Joan de Déu, Fundació per a la Recerca, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our Research & Innovation team in Valencia, Spain within the European project COMHOM.
This initiative aims to combat homelessness through monitoring and evaluation, data-driven solutions, and digitalization. The project seeks to enhance digitalization processes among homeless response services, fostering a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) culture in the sector and promoting a personalized and efficient use of resources in homelessness response.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in managing innovation projects from EU-funded projects, and international work in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination of day-to-day internal work according to work plan and coordinator's orientations
- Coordination of WP3 (Monitoring and evaluation framework) where SJD VAL is leader
- Organization of meetings, collecting documents, writing activity reports and deliverables
- Preparation of agendas and presentations for meetings of WP3 and related committees
- Resolution of conflict, orientation of partners toward work plan, guidance of consortium toward objectives of WP3
- Support in the research process of WP3 (literature review, reading and synthesis of scientific articles, information gathering through quantitative and qualitative techniques, data analysis, elaboration of results and discussion)
The candidate will be integrated in the Research Department and shall be responsible for the effective implementation of COMHOM.
