Project Manager for COMHOM EU-funded Project

Sant Joan de Déu Research Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Research & Innovation team in Valencia, Spain, within the European project COMHOM.

About COMHOM

COMHOM is a comprehensive approach to combating homelessness through monitoring and evaluation, data-driven solutions, and digitalization. The project aims to enhance digitalization processes among homeless response services, foster a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) culture in the sector, and promote a personalized and efficient use of resources in homelessness response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day internal work according to the work plan and coordinator's orientations.
  • Lead the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, including the identification of relevant factors involved in European homelessness, establishment of a common Theory of Change, and development of a comprehensive and feasible set of variables.
  • Coordinate WP3, organization of meetings, collecting documents, writing activity reports, and deliverables.
  • Support in the research process, including literature review, data analysis, and elaboration of results and discussion.
Requirements
  • PhD in Social Sciences with a scientific background and experience in the social field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of social sciences and homelessness.
  • Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research approaches, including methods, techniques, and underlying theories.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize project workload and meet time-critical schedules.
