About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Research & Innovation team at Fundació per a la Recerca Sant Joan de Déu in Valencia, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation of the COMHOM project, a comprehensive approach to combating homelessness through monitoring and evaluation, data-driven solutions, and digitalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day internal work according to the work plan and coordinator's orientations, ensuring quality control and timely completion of tasks.
  • Lead the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, working closely with the consortium and external experts.
  • Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings, draft minutes, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Support the research process, including literature reviews, data analysis, and result elaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Research Department to design and implement evaluation strategies.
Requirements
  • PhD in Social Sciences with a scientific background and experience in the social field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of social sciences and homelessness.
  • Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research approaches, including methods, techniques, and underlying theories.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and reach consensus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills
  • Experience/knowledge in evaluation of social public policies.
  • Knowledge/interest in housing exclusion and homelessness.
  • Knowledge of transversal issues such as ethical/regulatory processes, data management.
Language Requirements

Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
