Project Manager for EU-Funded Homelessness Initiative

Sant Joan de Déu, Fundació per a la Recerca, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our Research & Innovation team in Valencia, Spain within the European project COMHOM. COMHOM aims to combat homelessness through digitalisation, monitoring, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in managing innovation projects from EU-funded initiatives and a PhD in Social Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day internal work according to the work plan and coordinator's orientations.
- Lead WP3 (Monitoring and Evaluation Framework) and organize meetings, collect documents, and write activity reports.
- Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings and participate in discussions.
- Resolve conflicts and guide partners towards work plan objectives.
Requirements:
- PhD in Social Sciences with experience in project management.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to negotiate.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
We Offer:
- A full-time contract with a trial period of 4 months.
- Economic conditions according to profile and knowledge provided.
- Possibility for remote work up to two days per week.
