Fundació Per A La Recerca Sant Joan De Déu is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Research & Innovation team in Valencia, Spain within the European project COMHOM.
COMHOM aims to enhance digitalisation processes among homeless response services, fostering Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) culture in the sector and ultimately promoting a personalized and more efficient use of resources in homelessness response.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day internal work according to work plan and coordinator's orientations, ensuring quality control and timely completion of tasks.
- Lead Work Package 3 (Monitoring and evaluation framework) as the lead partner, organizing meetings, collecting documents, and preparing activity reports and deliverables.
- Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings of Work Package 3 and related committees, participate in meetings, and draft minutes.
- Resolve conflicts, orient partners towards work plan objectives, and guide the consortium towards achieving WP3 objectives.
- Support the research process of WP3, including literature review, data analysis, and elaboration of results and discussion.
- 1-3 years' experience in managing innovation projects from EU-funded projects, with international work in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities.
- PhD in Social Sciences, with excellent technical and human aspects of research and innovation projects.
- Perfect spoken and written English, with advanced level Spanish.
- Full-time contract with a trial period of 4 months, 39 hours per week.
