About the Role
The Vitrolife Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the progress of all projects, serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams, and overseeing project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage project plans, including defining project scope, milestones, and schedules.
- Define tasks, allocate resources, and track progress in project management tools.
- Manage risk tracking, implementation, and change management actions.
- Align project objectives with company goals and ensure project team clarity on objectives.
- Manage project documentation and deliverables.
- Oversee the progress of the entire project portfolio of the IT department.
- Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Requirements
- Three or more years of project management experience in IT environments.
- ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.
- PMP certifications preferred.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies in a Scrum Master role.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, methodical, and organized.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and stress tolerance.
- Proficiency with related software tools, including Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and MS Teams.
