Job Title: IT UX Consultant and Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT UX Consultant and Project Manager to join our team at Ambit Bst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experience and project management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user experience research using various methodologies to identify gaps in global IT processes and systems.
  • Analyze IT systems and processes to gather supporting evidence and inform improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application experience and perception of IT globally.
  • Analyze impacts of upcoming change projects and define audience segments and end-to-end communication strategy.
  • Drive the optimization of internal processes and visual uniformization of IT websites to simplify and disseminate information governance.
  • Communicate complex IT subjects in a simple and intelligible language to end-users and colleagues globally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, Advertising & Marketing, Electronic and digital media communication, or public relations.
  • UX Certification is a plus.
  • Professional experience in IT system analysis and applying UX methodologies as Project Manager.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, with other EU languages a benefit.
  • Experience in change management, communication strategy, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to work in agile multicultural teams and succeed in an ambiguous environment.
