Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Unit Head to lead our Banking and Sales teams in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative construction materials and drive business growth.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading commercial development, sales, and banking teams. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Banking and Sales teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading commercial development, sales, and banking teams
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and innovative materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
