About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Strategist to join our Topical Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering analytical expertise and insights to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Deliver clear and actionable business insights through data analysis and reporting
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and performance metrics
  • Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Strategy
    • Develop and implement SFE strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives
    • Lead on omnichannel KPIs analytics and monitoring to support achievement of specific omnichannel objectives
  • Market Research and Intelligence
    • Conduct primary market research projects to inform business decisions and strategy
    • Review and prepare competitive / market intelligence and analytics to support business area
  • BI Systems Management
    • Manage and govern BI systems, including data cube and dashboards
    • Identify and prioritize change requests to the BI system
  • Internal Consulting and Support
    • Provide internal consulting services to support business decision-making
    • Support marketing and prepare presentations for marketing and sales meetings
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A business/science degree or relevant Business Insights qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or agency
  • Strong data intuition and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, BI Solutions, warehousing databases, and CRM systems
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
