Customer Service Advisor - Norwegian Language

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Norwegian Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and sales support to our valued customers.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing top-notch assistance to customers via phone, email, and online chats
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, deliveries, and invoices
  • Meeting sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Requirements:
