Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and commercial experience in the medical device/pharma industry, with a focus on nephrology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the Southern Cluster region
  • Collaborate with country marketing teams to develop and implement commercial plans
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze market research and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Extensive marketing/commercial experience in the medical device/pharma industry
  • Strong background in strategic planning and business development
  • Proven track record of driving new product sales and launching successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage ambiguity
