About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other sales and marketing tools.
