**Sobre el puesto...**:
En dependencia de la figura de Area Sales Manager Levante Baleares & Canarias, esta posición tiene como principal objetivo atraer, vender y fidelizar a los clientes del área geográfica de Alicante dentro del canal Decoración, de acuerdo con los estándares de servicio de calidad establecidos por la Dirección.
- Analizar mensualmente los resultados de su zona y sus clientes clave.
- Asesorar y acompañar al cliente en los aspectos de negocio a fin de aumentar sus ventas y su fidelidad a la marca.
- Aumentar la presencia del producto en el mercado a través de nuevas acciones.
- Presentar y negociar acciones promocionales genéricas y específicas.
- Realizar captación de nuevos clientes así como fidelizar los actuales.
- Minimizar la deuda y gestionar conforme la política de cobros.
- Proponer anualmente el crecimiento y rentabilidad de la cuenta de resultados de su zona.
- Visitar a los clientes de su zona de trabajo conforme a la planificación asignada.
- Resolver posibles incidencias (producto/servicio).
- Realizar el merchandising con el cliente.
- Mantener con HQ un feedback adecuado en cuanto a oportunidades/riesgos para otros comerciales y transmitir información relevante sobre el consumidor final/pintor.
- Reportar mensualmente las novedades acaecidas en su ruta de venta (mercado, competencia, clientes, productos, etc.).
- Desarrollar el Plan de Marketing de la Compañía, con promociones, cartelería y otras acciones contempladas.
**Sobre ti...**:
- Formación en Gestión Comercial o similar.
- Valorable nível de inglés intermedio.
- 2 años de experiência en ventas, estudios de mercado, (pinturas de decoración), manejo de presupuesto.
- Muy valorable aportar conocimiento del producto/marca.
- Conocimientos de SAP y MS Office.
