Job Title: M&A Solutions Manager

Level Ten Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our M&A Solutions business in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transaction execution from start to finish, representing the point of contact for customers and transaction counterparties.
  • Develop and maintain transaction systems and processes, including documentation and tracking tools.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive successful M&A Solutions processes.
  • Support the definition of the business development strategy in collaboration with the Director M&A Solutions and the rest of the teams.
  • Lead the regional implementation of business development strategies and customer lead generation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a minimum of 3 years of M&A experience.
  • Demonstrated track record in transaction execution and business origination.
  • Relevant experience in European energy markets and understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel across Europe to attend conferences and work cross-functionally with internal groups.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-moving startup environment.
