ROLE PURPOSE

This is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in driving the growth of LevelTen Energy's M&A Solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transaction execution, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the M&A Solutions Director to develop and implement business strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Asset Marketplace (AMP) processes, set-up and execution, including internal transaction team and external customer communications.
  • Manage relationships with customers to understand their needs and set expectations.
  • Prepare transaction materials, including teasers, announcement emails, NDAs, and other required documents.
  • Coordinate all communications amongst transaction counterparties to ensure a smooth process.
  • Advise customers on transaction strategy based on market insight and transaction experience.
OPERATIONS
  • Develop and maintain transaction systems and processes, including tracking tools, templates, and training materials.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive successful M&A Solutions processes.
  • Lead Salesforce (CRM) efficiency projects, maintaining network data and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Support the use of LevelTen Energy's M&A Solutions products by assisting customers with questions and troubleshooting.
  • Support the development of M&A Solutions transaction goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Support the definition of the business development strategy in collaboration with the Director M&A Solutions and other teams.
  • Customer lead generation, identifying, pursuing, and executing new business opportunities.
  • Lead the network expansion and brand awareness in Europe.
  • Work with the marketing team to prepare collateral, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, white papers, and more.
  • Represent LevelTen Energy at conferences and events as required.
PRODUCT
  • Provide key operational contact with the Product Team.
  • Drive delivery of the product roadmap, relay customer feedback, and contribute ideas for improvement and new features.
  • Support the development of the long-term product strategy and growth plan.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree from an accredited college/university and relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry (5+ years of experience). Minimum 3 years of M&A experience.
  • Demonstrated track record in transaction execution.
  • Relevant experience in business origination, comfortable with cold calling, direct sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Experienced in European energy markets, understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel across Europe to attend conferences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal groups.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities managing different M&A transactions and internal processes simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-moving startup environment under limited supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • A high level of integrity.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other professional software.
  • Professional fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
