Job Title: M&A Solutions Business Growth Manager

Level Ten Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Solutions Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our M&A Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the European region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transaction execution, from start to finish, representing the point of contact for both customers and transaction counterparties.
  • Develop and maintain transaction systems and processes, and associated documentation.
  • Support the use of Level Ten M&A Solutions products by assisting customers when required.
  • Support development of M&A Solutions transaction goals and track KPIs.
  • Lead the regional implementation of business development strategy in collaboration with the Director M&A Solutions and the rest of the teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry and executing M&A transactions.
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and eager to take initiative within a growing team and company.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking and cross-functional environment.
