Senior Sales and Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role
As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range. You will work directly with independent retail outlets, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German, plus one other European language.
- Third-level qualification (i.e., degree) and a driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, modern work environment.
