Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant/Finance Manager to join our team at Blu Selection in Barcelona, Catalonia.
As a Senior Accountant/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including invoicing clients, handling accounts receivable, and managing payment processes for suppliers and staff across 26 countries.
You will also be responsible for validating internal project budgets, overseeing payroll activities, and preparing financial reports for company management.
Additionally, you will assist the management team in structuring financial and administrative processes and be exposed to senior and strategic decision-making.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Desire to work in an international environment
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
