We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory, and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Accounting Operations**
    • Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, cash flow, and revenue recognition.
    • Coordinate with the CEO to prepare budgets and forecasts.
    • Prepare timely monthly financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with local (Spain) accounting and fiscal requirements.
    • Coordinate with external auditors.
  • **Human Resources**
    • Contract preparation and compliance in coordination with external support.
    • Benefits management.
    • Application of labor law in coordination with external support.
    • HR information systems management.
    • Payroll management.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience as an accountant.
    • Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
    • Fluent English language skills.
    • Experience working with ERPs (bonus: NetSuite).
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Attention to detail.
