Job Summary

This role is to manage end-to-end financial support for HP 3D Polymers business. Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of exempt individual contributors
* Act as a key advisor to senior management on the financial and strategic aspects of the business
* Own the end-to-end P&L and balance sheet of the HP P3D Polymers business unit
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business
* Collaborate with leadership as a strategic partner, influencing the future direction of the respective segment and aligning business and finance strategy to generate sustainable, profitable growth

Requirements

* Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
* Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
