Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Universal Kraft. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability;
  • Manage and oversee financial forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis;
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and executive staff;
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and development;
Requirements:
  • Academic training in Accounting or a related field;
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Odoo knowledge;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
