Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in one of our 30+ affiliates or Technology Centers, with a minimum 3-year assignment. The selected candidate will undergo an initial onboarding program in Barcelona Headquarters for 1-2 years, followed by a role as Finance Manager in one of our subsidiaries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the financial department and cash-flow.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and local requirements.
- Manage financial audits and implement recommendations for procedure improvement.
- Lead the implementation of corporate procedures in the affiliate.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial management and leadership. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
