About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee staff, streamline accounting processes, identify and implement initiatives and policies for improved operational performance. If you're seeking an engaging and challenging career opportunity, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process financial entries, account reconciliations, expense analysis and key financial reports.
  2. Manage direct reports by providing clear goals and tasks as well as timely and constructive performance feedback.
  3. Administer, analyze, and communicate results of balance sheet reviews.
  4. Perform financial policy reviews of entities and assess deviations from US GAAP and company policies.
  5. Harmonize financial practices with acquisitions and other financial teams.
  6. Support the quarterly reviews and the annual audit processes (internal and external).
  7. Support the corporate consolidation (BFC uploads), and other financial presentations as needed.
  8. Manage related SOX controls and processes including control narrative and design maintenance, execution, and proper documentation.
  9. Conduct efficient team meetings and cross-functional meetings.
  10. Support financial integration of acquisitions as needed.
  11. Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  2. 5 + years of experience in accounting.
  3. Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills).
  4. Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel.
  5. Good knowledge of SAP.
  6. Strong knowledge of financial concepts and industry.
  7. Strong analytical skills.
  8. Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach.
  9. Problem-solving skills.
