About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Fagron. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our finance team and driving business growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective financial management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
