As a Lodging Partner Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service for Expedia Group's B2B travel-related services. You will be responsible for efficiently resolving customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring minimal customer effort.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A strong problem-solving mindset, proficiency in customer care management software, and Microsoft Office programs are essential for this role.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred\r

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
