Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation tools, particularly focusing on our CRM, HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize our CRM platform (HubSpot) to ensure it is fully integrated with other tools and used to its full potential.
- Design, implement, and manage automated marketing & sales workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data by regularly auditing data inputs, removing duplicates, and updating outdated information.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, CRM health, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and optimize automation processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in achieving marketing goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or related roles, with a strong preference for experience using HubSpot.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot is a must), marketing automation tools, data analysis, and reporting tools. Familiarity with SQL or similar database query languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
