Head of Business Development and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development and Partnerships Expert to join our team at Ambis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships.
About the Role- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking at startup events and analyzing market trends.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain client relationships and manage communications to ensure successful partnerships.
- Improve and operate our referral and partnerships program to drive business growth.
- Strong communication skills and experience within the recruitment world (not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on execution mindset and relevant experience in entrepreneurship, strategic consultancy, SaaS sales, etc.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) and based and legal in Portugal.
