We're looking for a talented Community Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic editorial team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies to drive audience growth and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with our Director of Social Media and Editorial Executives to schedule and promote editorial-sponsored content.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and source content accordingly.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and influencers.
  • Work with our team to analyze and improve our social media performance.
About You

We're seeking someone with a native-level of Spanish and Catalan, while English is also preferred.

Extensive knowledge of Barcelona and Catalonia is a must, as well as a deep passion for digital marketing.

2+ years of experience running social media accounts for a newsroom, agency, or brand is required, as well as a strong understanding of digital media trends.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt to the fast-paced world of a digital startup business and have experience with social media tools like Falcon, Canva, and similar.
