About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our FX Dealing Team, you will be responsible for providing daily operational and trading assistance to our corporate clients.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 300 clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with internal departments to resolve client issues and provide solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational and trading assistance to corporate clients
  • Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of 300 clients

Requirements
  • Spanish Fluency and English at a professional level
