About the Role

  • Drive sales growth in Spain through proactive prospecting, partnership development, and account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

About You

  • You have a native level of Spanish and fluent English skills.
  • You possess a strong passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You enjoy communicating with new customers and convincing them of the value of our products and services.
  • You have experience in field sales and are skilled in building new processes and defining sales strategies.
  • You are comfortable traveling extensively throughout your region and have a deep understanding of local markets.
  • You are an open and communicative person with a strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • You have a solid understanding of CRM systems and a structured approach to work.
