About the Role

You will be part of an international team that delivers tailored solutions to our existing customers in Finland. Collaborating with colleagues, you will optimize our software for Finnish market needs and guide new customers through implementation processes. In the long term, your focus will shift to supporting existing clients.

Our clients range from small and medium-sized enterprises to large international companies. You will analyze customer requirements and develop personalized solutions within our software framework. By providing expert configuration, training, workshops, advice, and support, you will ensure clients derive maximum value from our software. Building long-term relationships is crucial, as is making a constructive contribution to internal project success.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an expert who shares our vision and values analytical thinking, logical problem-solving, ownership, proactivity, flexibility, social skills, self-motivation, collaboration, communication, and an affinity for technology. While knowledge in the HR domain is beneficial, it is not essential.

A Master's degree or equivalent experience is required, alongside fluent English and Finnish language skills. Additional European languages are an asset. A strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities, coupled with a passion for quality, makes this role perfect for those who enjoy building lasting relationships and focusing on customer satisfaction.

This includes expertise in our software, best practices for configuration and deployment, and strategies for effective customer engagement. With occasional travel opportunities, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
