Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at Kimpton Aysla Mallorca. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
- Manage beverage control, including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, and beverage potentials.
- Implement and maintain beverage policies and procedures throughout the property.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
- 2+ years' experience working in food and beverage department as supervisor.
- Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages highly valuable.
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker, and with passion for service.
