Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Kimpton Aysla Mallorca. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the food and beverage department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages an asset.
