Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Kimpton Aysla Mallorca. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the food and beverage team to ensure excellent service and quality standards are met.
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing and maintaining beverage control policies and procedures.
- Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures, and monitor adherence to these policies.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience working in a food and beverage department as a supervisor.
- Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages being highly valuable.
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker, and passionate about service.
